At 09:16:48 (-1h for your time) you get a clock penalty so you are out of time.
At 09:18:24 one of your opponent expels you
At 09:20:30 you get back in the game, then play (and so your time goes up and back positive) and at that moment 09:24 you take the screenshot (visible on your screenshot with -1h for your time).
So there is no inconsistency there.
Then at 09:25:43 your opponent expels you again, so you were again out of time.

I don't see any issue there, you were out of time except temporarily after getting back in the game. The warning is misleading for the case of getting back in the game, and will be removed, but nothing seem wrong in the expel sequence.
