Reproduced 3x despite resetting turn, reloading browser. "Peterman Drill: Add Die" action correctly failed on not-enough-actions-remaining.

Problem appeared for me in table #281217207, Drill: Roll die failed every time I attempted to use it, in several locations. Drill: Add die works.

Reproduced error multiple times, despite refreshing, trying to replay turn, on both mobile phone (samsung) and on laptop (chromebook)

On 2nd floor, I used dynamite to destroy a wall, then moved from lavatory to detector (set off alarm), moved to thermo (B4), moved to A4 revealing another thermo, and with last action, wanted to use my Peterman ability to roll safe up on 3rd floor that my partner is on; there are already 2 dice there.
