Sorry for not answering yet. I did not forget about this threat. But I am still not sure how to implement it. Your link does not work for mot (table 308863275 not found). But I will keep the ticket open until I figured it out.

In many situation our action depends of action taken by other player. For example in "ALL Defenders" when one player sends other to capital and other start its turn by moving, and heal. But in other cases it can help too, like waiting if other player wants defend or not.
It is especially important for TB games. For now you either have to wait (and your clock is also ticking), or write that other player undo your pass before move, and not all players read.
