Chapter 21. I had the yellow 2x2 piece. I clicked the "x" on the piece to discard at which time I was only given the options of "pass" and "cancel". I have already discarded a different piece this round and took the -1 for the discard. I should be able to discard this piece for the penalty

Same issue with the L shaped red tile. No option to lose 1 point, only to end the episode if I pass.
