Consume phase, after all goods were consumed, selected two cards in my hand to consume on Deficit Spending. Was unable to proceed - got "disconnected from server" error. Used F5 to reload the page, and then the error change to "This game has ended", even though the "Consume: You must consume resources" message was at the top. Looking at the replay, it is frozen in that final state, even though the game is ended.

Final phase of the game (consume). Consumed two goods at consumer markets, and when I tried to consume my third and final good, I saw the "game has ended" error. Several F5 refreshes did not work.

Closed browser and returned to BGA table, but only got the lobby view. I was able to join and quit the game from this lobby, and another player even came and took my empty seat (but wasn't able to start the game evidently).

Chromium Version 60.0.3112.101 (Developer Build) (64-bit)

Final round of the game, I was trying to consume a 2nd card with Deficit Spending, opponent was consuming goods with Consumer Markets. My move was not acknowledged. Game went to the next phase (Production) with my screen still reading "Consume: You must consume resources" and then went to "game has ended".
