I could see someone wanting to have this chance after the Draw Equipment or Investigate actions were taken. We used to give players the chance to use equipment after the Investigate action because there are some cases where you want to use it then, but we removed that because it was just asking too many times about Equipment for a fairly rare case. It got to be really annoying.

You're right that technically we should give players these chances, but I'm just not sure it's worth additional "annoying" prompts we'd have to put in after those two actions are taken. For now, I'm going to leave this here and see if others want to comment or thumb it.

I'm all for removing prompts from the places where it's really unlikely one wants to use equipment.
But perhaps one should always get a prompt to use your own drawn equipment immediately after drawing it (if possible) as an additional prompt. But not get the prompt after every other player's every draw...

Yeah, I just have to reiterate that it would be very good if we could use drawn equipment before aiming. It can easily decide between win and loss whether you get to Wiretap for example before aiming on a critical turn or whether your aim is wasted on the wrong person.
