Same thing happened in my game, Leslie seems to be scoring as if she has 5 special tiles(although she only bought 4), while me (playing Krylow) only score as if I have 1 special tile, you can see the screenshot here when ithappened when counting points when scoring last goal for special tiles(table#411646537):

It has also decided the winner since the game was close and Leslie won by one point.

Same situations happen with the round scoring tile. Leslie and Krylov special tile have not to be considered as "advanced" tiles for the purpose of the scoring bonus and the lvl 3 wild tile.

Same happened in current game I'm playing (table #414615502). At the end of Round 4, player with Leslie Spencer had 21 on the Energy Track and 3 advanced tech tiles contributing to the round bonus, yet received 12 VP (as if having 4 advanced tech tiles).
