I had the exact same number of victory points (18) and the same number of coins (12 coins each) as the other player. But I had 6 buildings (16 points) and 2 tools (2 points) to my opponent's 5 buildings (16 points) and 1 tool (2 points). Yet the according to the computer my opponent won. Why is that? I even counted the numbers of the resources needed for each building and I still had more (39 to my opponent's 37) (or not counting the tools 35 to 34). Am I missing something or is this a bug?

When I hover my mouse over the (1812*) marking after the actual 19* score it says: "Tie breaker: Points from the buildings, then most pieces"
Yet according to every measure I can think of, I have more pieces despite having been placed second. We even have the same number of buildings and workers combined. So unless the number of workers is the tie breaker (sounds somewhat counter-intuitive, since a isn't it a skill to be able to do more with less workers) then there must be a bug in scoring ties?

Ah, we're both placed 1st, apparently. I was fooled by the placement order on the screen plus the fact that we were awarded a different number of ELO points for the tie. I suppose this is correct according to the ELO rating system?

Report closed automatically because it has not been upvoted or commented for a while.

Your bug has probably been fixed already, or was linked to a temporary failure of BGA service.

In any case, when filling a bug report, make sure to have an explicit title linked to the incident (ex: with error message), so other players can recognize it and vote for it.
