I wonder how tricky it is to implement something similar for panoramas, but if not particularly tricky, that would be a good idea, too. (In an offline game, the same thing would happen - another player would say "you do realize we won't be able to complete N-N-N if you make that move?", and then it would be taken back.)

I won't allow undo in this case even in real life.

Right, and how certain are you that that's how everybody plays? I would not allow undo either if it was a tournament or something, but very few of the games are quite that serious.

The player confirmed and sent the move.
I can't satisfy everybody anyway... e.g. boardgamearena.com/bug?id=13887

Yeah, I think this is different because it just ends the game on the spot, so obviously an oversight by the player.

Also, userprefs are a good way to actually satisfy everybody. :) If you think this is too intrusive, or that some players may not appreciate being warned that they are about to mess up irreversibly, it's always possible to only do this if a corresponding preference is turned on.

This has happened to us a handful of times. I would vote on this report but it looks like you can't vote on rejected requests I guess.
