Sorry. The building actually required an engineer to be discarded, not an energy core. I couldn't build with an engineer because I only had 1 engineer and therefore had none to discard.

When I switched it up to build with a genius (therefore leaving 1 engineer available for discard) the action worked.

I love your implementation of the game. Thank you for your time and effort. I realize that it's a lot to ask, but adding a feature of 'why this isn't allowed' would probably help with a game this complex.

I time travelled back so that my focus marker is below the appropriate time tile, the cost of the super project is 2 teal cubes and 3 gray cubes (exocrawler), I currently have 3 teal cubes and 3 gray cubes. I can't select the super project to be built. I've tried undoing and redoing my turn at least 5 times but nothing has worked.
