For example... Let's say a 3 and 4 are rolled. If I would get 1 coin from 3 and 1 coin from 4, or I would get two coins from 7, it really doesn't matter what I choose. That seems even more obvious than trying to make a "better" choice. There is no reason to hold up a game (particularly turn-based) waiting for a player to make a useless decision.

It would also be nice to have a definition somewhere of what is "better" in the auto-confirm.
Does it only decide if the options are all coins or all points? Or does it still try to make a choice when one has a point and a coin, and another has two coins (or more complex options are available)?

The auto selection for "better" is exactly what you describe as being useful. If the choices are equal or one is clearly better than the other (3 coins versus 1 coin), then the selection is automatically made. But any time that there is another element involved, such as income or other types of rewards, no automatic selection is made.

It's a good suggestion to include some details on this logic in the rules wiki.

No, it's different. It can make a choice for you when the choices are different, based on its judgement of what is better. If the choices are different, I would like to _see_ what they were. But if there are two choices that give exactly the same thing, then I would be happy with auto-confirm.

I checked, and this is how it is implemented.
I don't know when it was implemented, but this is the message it sends:
"Auto-Selected ${sectorIcon} ${sector1} since choices are equal."

I do NOT want to have to enable auto select when better, to have the auto select when equal behavior. These are two different things. Even if the "better" option does currently include "equal" as well, that is NOT a solution for this request. What I'm requesting is that we explicitly be able to auto select when equal, WITHOUT auto selecting when "better".
