Not of it happening, no, as the game ended some hours ago.

On the replay - it's not there, but the blue monkey in this screenshot

didn't move out of that space for the rest of the game on my side.

Was not selectable, didn't vanish. It also happened late game to a purple butterfly for my opponent but a F5 cleared it, so presumably the game is caching something on screen.
