When I realised my turn would end the game, I cancelled it. But the banner for "Last Round" stil showed. That happenned on boardgamearena.com/4/takenokolor?table=626679650 at turn #131 or #132 ...
At the end of the game there was a second "Last Round" banner added to the previous one.
